We've used Regis Optical for years since they are right in the doctor's office. The two staff that work there, Scott and Keira are nice enough, but when glasses are ordered in, they are constantly late and behind schedule. This is our 3rd experience ordering glasses and it's ALWAYS at least 2 weeks past the date they said. And I always get the same reason.. "there was a restart on the lens"....
