Union Station once served as the gateway to Denver, and the current renovations promise to return it to its former glory (including restaurant patios, fountains, a large public square, and gorgeously landscaped gardens). Although you won't be able to see the inside until the renovations are completed (in mid-2014), the exterior is absolutely beautiful and deserves a visit.
