Regina Pizzeria

"Nothing has changed and hopefully never will" at this 1926 North End "landmark", the mother ship of the "quick", "cheap" pizza chain with outposts in "almost every neighborhood"; count on "consistent lines out the door", "chaos inside" and servers who "have been there for years" at the flagship, and expect brick-oven pies "cooked to perfection" and "nonexistent" decor across the other locations.

The original, and still the best Regina. Basically a barroom that serves pizza, you're not going to get a fancy dining experience, but who cares? You may have to wait get a table at this tiny location, but it's well worth it. Great pizza and a pitcher of bear - it doesn't get much better than that.

I refuse to believe the Medford location is related to the other PRs. The pizza was not Pizzeria Regina - so disappointed.
