The Regency tower apartments are not maintained at all. Everything is run down, water leaks, the building smells bad, management is not helpful, the parking garage is infested with rodents, roaches around the outside of building at night everywhere, elevators are always breaking. Just bad

The Regency Tower apartments is the best place to live downtown Okc. *Very friendly staff. *Immediate maintenance calls. *Pet Friendly :D *Walking distance from everything you can imagine in the city. *Amazing high rise views. *Love this place. Recommended anyone live here. From young to older. Regency tower will make it feel like a home.

I moved in a few months ago and highly reccomend the building to anyone. The views are great, the apartments are nice and clean, the residents are friendly and fun.
