very negative cat boarding experience - use caution with this kennel!

i don't know what kind of service this kennel offers for dogs, but i would NEVER recommend it for cats. despite the fact the their website clearly states that ""cats are housed in a separate area to reduce stress"", this is absolutely not true!!! it is totally, completely false. the cats are kept in the same area where dogs are groomed and sometimes boarded - in fact, the cats are only about 4 feet away from the dog grooming area. the area was very loud and messy. when i asked the lady why the website says cats are kept separate from dogs she first denied that the website says that. ...
