once again, I wish Yelp had a no zero rating, thats how bad it is.Its mainly popular w/all the Government, LA Times & Other employees nearby, they sell Lotto.I don't know why its considered a Giftshop/Flower shop, it clearly has none of that.What they do offer besides Lotto, they have Western Union, …
