Fun course located practically in my backyard. It is worth it to drive from quite a distance to play here. Nice wide greens for the problematic slicers. GPS Range finder on all carts makes it easy to know your distance to the hole. Has some fun par 3's including a lou malnati's barn in the background on one. Quite a bit of sand traps. Make sure to bring your sand wedge.
I have played this course time and again since the early days. It has always bee na fair test and at times a combination of wind and wetlands can make the course much tighter. The greens offer a good contour and are challenging enough. Two island type greens on shorter par fours make for some fun and the other holes are a mixture to help play many shots even from the white tees and the golds...
