Front desk young lady was friendly and accommodating. We have have stayed here a few times in past. Our request for an away from the road room was granted, but the room was still very noisy.

We stayed at the Red Roof b/c of a fire in my Mom's apartment building also located in Queensbury. While the hotel was clean, safe with a friendly cleaning staff, the manager Mike and front desk attendant Sam provided excellent customer service and were incredibly accommodating given the circumstances.

I was warmly greeted. The staff was very attentive. This is a modest hotel, but it was comfortable, clean, and well-located for my needs. My two-night stay was exactly what I hoped for.
