This place is very disappointing. I was checking out the 3 bedroom townhomes and come to find out, the square footages that they claim are WAY off. These places are small. Very small. The 1793 sq ft that they are advertising includes a huge two car garage and an outside patio! It is not living space! Also there is NO fireplace, as advertised. No idea why someone would choose a small rental at...
It's more like a community and not apartment living. There's a group that get's together once a week on one of the grassy areas under the tree's for Yoga! There's monthly catered luncheons, weekly ice cream socials during the summer and Holiday celebrations year round!
Constant turnover of office personnel who are unskilled and unprofessional.The appliances are extremely OLD and no longer available on the market. However, they REFUGE to replace and or update them. The rental rates range form $950 to $1400 per month. They have roaches and it ALWAYS being sued.
