Very disappointing.
Stopped in tonight about 7:45 with a friend for dinner. Both she & I ordered cheeseburgers. 35 minutes later we noticed that other people who arrived after us are receiving their dinners while we're still waiting. The company has almost five hundred locations nationwide and in every location customers are greeted by a friendly staff.
