We saw the terrible reviews but you are held captive here when doing a Holland America tour We had no other choice after a long day of traveling so decided to try it. Food was cold. Service was horrible Would recommend McDonalds first. Do not eat here will be Letting Holland America know we will go back to Carnival Cruises before doing another one with them.

One of the worst meals I've ever had and even worse service. It took over 30 minutes just to be told they couldn't make the drink I wanted. The food had no flavor and was definitely not worth the $100 we spent on dinner and drinks. It was made even worse when we saw our waitress, who was too busy to refill our drinks, bring us a drink, take our order, bring us warm food, etc. eating and hanging...

Those pickles!. I had high hopes for another place in Fairbanks that I'd heard good things about. Our family ate here one day for dinner. The staff was very friendly.
