In Short Founded in Tennessee, this barbecue chain is the blues version of a big-city Hard Rock Cafe. Walls are lined with posters and memorabilia of musicians like Bessie Smith and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Ribs are the specialty of the house and come dry, wet or sweet. Back in the day when this restaurant was a key point in the Dallas Alley scene this place was so busy you couldnt get in.. especially on the weekends.
