Walls are lined with posters and memorabilia of musicians like Bessie Smith and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Ribs are the specialty of the house and come dry, wet or sweet. Spend your money elsewhere...we went to Red Hot & Blue tonight and I wish we had went somewhere else. First they were sitting all their guests on one side of the restaurant. I hate being elbow to elbow when the other side of the facility is wide open. And they sat 5 people at a 4 top table. We discussed moving tables, but decided to stick it out.
