Nasty Management

The Management is rude!!! They will send nasty email to you if you don't rent to them if you wanted to look at their properties and other properties from other people within Oxford. Overall they have poor Management Skill. Also, Rude and very Discriminative. They lack a code of ethics in the business world. there is no need to send nasty emails to new clients that might rent or buy an house in Oxford Ohio.

They will send a email to you if you do not view there property. Their email will stated ""go live in the trailer court!!!!"" Very un business like if you ask me. Mind you that we where looking for a house to rent or to buy a house in Oxford.

My daughter moved out after spring (early May) 2011 and the deposit refund was postmarked AUG 26... and that was after multiple phone calls asking for the check to be sent. They said the first one must have been lost in the mail and they wanted a payment for the stop check fee before they would write another (I just wonder what would have happened if the rent check would have been "lost in the...
