Not a good company,workers are sloppy & don't clean up after themselves.their service is poor.better business bureau of fla rated this co. F (a is great-f=awful)check for yourself

I was with ADT and found out that everybody who has ADT has a 6321 code in there system!
The Red Alert Tech, came out gave me a new panel, reprogrammed it and did not charge me as long as I was monitoried..

Red Alert is 888 733-2537, and is always there for me.
Plus I got a discount on my homeowners Insurance policy!!! Great Job Red Alert!!
