Help us make it rightRed 8 features dishes from China, Thailand, India, Vietnam, Singapore and Korea with Cantonese noodle dishes, dim sum and Hong Kong style barbecue.
The cuisine at Red 8 shows influences from traditional Cantonese, Malaysian and Thai cooking. To start you might try the ox tail soup, potatoes and crispy shallots. Then if one of the many noodle soups doesn t strike your fancy, you might try the roast duck and roast pork combo, seabass congee or Singapore curry rice vermicelli with shredded pork, shrimp, egg and bean sprouts. And lastly, the...
Came in for a lunch meeting, possible opportunity with this company. Met up with my acquaintance here since he works for the Wynn and everyone knows who he is around there. I arrived first and there was a table reserved for us. I'm very observant so I noticed all the workers are Asian and the food is very traditional Chinese. Most of the diners are Asian families. Getting the theme.
I've had a...
Our party of 7 dined here on one of the nights in Vegas because we were at the Wynn and wanted Asian food.
Red 8 is a casual Asian fusion restaurant. You will find Vietnamese, Cantonese, Thai, and Indian here. We ordered a number of dishes and did family style.

Very nice, very easy and decent value. I do prefer Wazuzu in Encore by some way however and would always choose that over this but it's pretty good.
Not much of service here, which is surprising considering it's an establishment at Wynn, unless it was going for a more authentic experience, both in terms of food as well as the service one would find at a standard HongKong or Chinese restaurant. Food itself isn't bad, but the service helps tip it into the over rated territory.
Since last year's review, the prices have jumped to way too high for the quality of the food and service. It's gone down hill....would not recommend.

Wok-fried rice and noodle dishes, steamed rice meals, BBQ and roasted meat dishes, and vegetarian-friendly options...

The creator of Le Reve is a former Cirque du Soleil performer, which is why it's easy to think it's another one of Las Vegas' Cirque shows. Le Reve is its own show, however, with an incredible round set that takes the audience into the world of a dreamer. The story line is minimal, serving mostly to establish a backdrop for the spectacle of water, amazing sets, and the performers' amazing...
