My wife and I shopped around town and made this place place our final choice. So glad we did. Our salesman, Jason, was very informative and helpful. We absolutely love the spa (G-10K) we picked. It meets and exceeds our expectations. And it was a fraction of the cost of the retailers in the area. I'm so glad we bought Factory Direct.
