Last month, I was really worried as I could not find a reliable property management company for taking care of the maintenance of my property. Then, someone suggested me to opt for the RPM’s services. Today, I am really happy as this company is taking good care of my property.
My investment property was managed by RPM North Valley and I made a big mistake.
There is no customer service from their staff and you have to chase them for a response. They never return phone calls or e-mails; you have to chase them for a response. They charge a coordination fee for every repair on the property of $45 and a three monthly inspection fee of $49.
BEWARE of Monmar Home Services, which is the company owned by RPM, which marks up the repair fees almost by 100%. RPM North Valley are professional conmen and ask them for the real invoice, they never provided me one, since it was marked up over 100%.
If you suspect there are overcharging, they are and they cover it up really well.
SUGGEST THAT YOU COMPLAINT TO THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE BY USING THE BELOW LINK. DON’T LET THEM RIP YOU OFF $1000 & GET AWAY
We are a group of investors who just moved into the Arizona area. RPM Pinnacle came highly recommended by our realtor and another real estate professional who we trust, so we signed on with them. Our initial plan was to start slow in terms of the rate in which we acquired properties. That plan has changed now that we have such a good partnership with RPM - they really are a top notch organization.
My husband's job unexpectedly transferred him out of state. We plan to come back to AZ at some point and we love our home here. After weighing all of our options, we decided to rent it out until we return back to Arizona. RPM was our choice to take care of our home while we are gone and they have done a great job so far. They found a tenant quickly for us and their communication is fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service.
We have rented from this company for about a year now and the service is great and we love the house. Any problem comes up and they have been quick to respond. We will need a larger home at some point and I plan to stay with them provided that they have a home that meets our criteria because this company really knows what they are doing. I have rented from other property management and this company is much better than the others I have rented.
RPM Pinnacle has made what I thought was going to be a very stressful situation very easy. When I decided to rent out my home, I knew that I did not want to do it myself. So, I started interviewing companies and found these guys. I liked their approach and went with them. They have done an excellent job of taking care of my property, and I would recommend them to anyone who is in the need of a property manager.
I have property that historically has been tough to rent for one reason or another. These guys rented it out quicker than I ever have. I am really pleased at how quickly they can find tenants.
