The ambiance is amazing and the teaching very professional. The owner is well known in the industry having written the seminal books about Pilates. She is also well versed in body mechanics and was instructed as a physical therapist.
This is the place to be for a true Pilates experience. There is a welcoming and encouraging atmospere that encompasses the BEST workout you could ask for, based on the REAL foundations of Pilates.
