Rayvic's has been in business for 72 years so obviously they are doing something right. Therefore its a pretty safe bet to assume that the whiny complaining person is the type that isn't happy anywhere they go and and just likes to waste time and cause problems for businesses.

Rayvic's is the best repair shop I have ever been to, completely the opposite of what the previous moron wrote. They are always very up front and honest, and keep me updated frequently on the status of my vehicle. They never do work without my authorization and the bill is never a surprise.
