Will Not stand behind Transmission warranties
This company will not stand behind their transmission warranties of 12,000 miles or 12 months. Had this new transmission put in in March 2009. They Refused to fix our transmission after tearing it apart to see what was wrong with it. Said it was abused. Can anyone tell me how do you abuse a mini van transmission...it's not like it's a hot rod and can do spin outs since it's an automatic transmission. They just won't stand behind their guarantees!
