I have lived in the Santa Clarita area for 9 years and when I moved to my new house in Castaic I called Rayne to rent a water softening system. I was very pleased with the results, however, my husband was not thrilled with the "slimey" feeling. So, with that in consideration and with new newly passed law about banning salt softners, I called Rayne and inquired about a "whole-house system". ...

The water is so hard here that we had to get a water softner. Rayne provides an excellent product for the price. The customer service reps are friendly. I also have a reverse osmosis system from them and I have been happy with it. They always contact me to let me know when it is time to service the equipment.

I have a water conditioning unit at my home and recently noticed a leak in the system. I contacted Rayne Water Systems, who had originally installed this unit, and within 30 minutes, they had a repairman here to fix the problem. Neat, friendly and efficient.
