My mother purchased a desk. It fell apart...big chunks of particle board ripped out where the hardware was. The owner claimed it was dropped. It was not. They would not accept a return for the now-damaged desk, claiming that...it was dropped. Again, it was not. The owner lied to my face and told me that my mother said she dropped it. WOW! Horrible customer service from the owner. Horrible, nasty owner. Do not do business with this company. Watch out for their FIVE day return policy.
