Cheap. You get what you pay for

Yes the rent is cheap here but the management is only concerned about making their money. They moved me into a place that has leaks in the ceiling and when asked to fix this problem they just painted over the stains! Now the ceiling is starting to bow down and paint is chipping off. The heater was also broken when I moved in causing my electric bill be be 3x the normal amount! I would NOT...

Old building that was not taken care of

We have lived here for two years and it only took one for the already cracks in the walls to split apart even more. It takes our dryer two cycles to fully dry clothes (from the vents not being cleaned in years). The gutters outside are falling off all the time. Some of our carpet you can lift up and they don't change it out when you move in even if the last people have had a dog and/or smoked....

Worst apartment I have ever lived in. My neighbors are dirt balls and have cockroaches. We have tried to fix the problem for the last month but we still see bugs almost every night. The staff in the office are complete idiots. They are never on the same page and rarely know how to run their office. The apartment was tore to hell and back when we moved in with scratches and damage all over the apartment. I have had to call maintenance numerous times to come out and fix things in the apartment (some stuff didn't even get fixed) and they acted like it was an inconvenience for them to come out...

They must have had problems in 2008 and 2010. However, I was provided with a brand new apartment and new appliances. The walls are not as thin as where I lived before, where I could hear snoring. Maintenance planted flowers around where I live. I believe I am going to like it here!
