I had not been to M & K travel service Inc but I had called them once to know the rates for International tickets. The staff was ok to talk with...they did not took much interest as I just wanted to know the rate but nor did they ignore. But if they take a little interest on customers even if they are just inquiring then they might get more customers.

I had booked a return ticket from SFO to Mumbai through your San Jose office. The return journey was supposed to be on 12th Jan and the ticket said confirmed.
