I called Raul's in late August when someone suggested I go here with my machines. Three of the four of them worked; they only needed to be cleaned and timing/tension adjusted. My serger only needed a second needle installed and to be threaded. I was told by the woman who answered the phone that there was a 2-3 day turn around. In about a week, I called them back. No answer - no answering...

I am redoing some of the rooms in my home and realized how many old sewing machines I had been using as side tables. I looked them over and none of them was in good working order so I decided to take two of them to this sewing repair shop in my neighborhood. When I got to Raul's he unloaded them for me and gave them a quick once over just to hear what I needed done. I left with an order slip...
