The Raphael Hotel is a lovely boutique hotel located at the heart of the Country CLub Plaza, so you can walk to go shopping, have a wonderful meal, or take in a movie. The rooms are charming.
I used to frequent the restaurant at the Raphael, however i have not been since it has undergone new management. I thought the Raphael was very romantic and the staff was very attentive. I have had many great dinners there, although i will agree with the other review that breakfast is just ok. The restaurant at the Raphael is just okay, in my opinion. We had breakfast there and my waffles were not any better than I would have gotten at a less fancy restaurant.
