Dr. Kaplan is a wonderful doctor! He takes his time with his patients, explains what the problem is and goes over the options to fix the problem. You can tell that he loves what he does and his patients mean a lot to him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a foot doctor with an amazing staff.
Dr. Kaplan is a wonderful caring person, he is very passionate about his career.
I feel that he treats his patience like family or old friends, he always smiles sometimes he tells funny jokes, that takes the edge off of being in a Drs office.
I am not sure if this was even my review. However, if it was, it has nothing to do with Dr. Randy Kaplan. He has treated me before and is an excellent podiatrist. The comment was for his front office staff only at the Southfield Office.
If one wants to wait OVER 2 HOURS to see Dr. Kaplan, then he's your doctor. I had been to him once before 2 years ago and waited, but not two hours. This time it was 2 hours - his staff never told me. They were loud and NEVER TOLD me he was running behind. When I asked, I was told that he was "short staffed". I wasn't seeing a staff person, but the doctor. Never again will I make an appt.
