I have lived at Randolph Towers for a few years. Prior to about a year ago, I would have recommended it to anyone. Since the construction started, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. The noise starts daily (M-F) at 8 or 8:30 a.m. It is unbearable. Drilling, hammering, construction workers talking while hovering outside your window on the lift, etc. No matter where in the building they...
