Would not recommend this hotel to anyone... yes it is in downtown Des Moines and very close to all the bars but this is also where a lot of shady people stay. People who are addicted to drugs. Thought i would let everone know before you go there.‎

Don't try to call this hotel with questions, they don't have the time to help answer them. Not everyone knows that Randolph means we can't get a room for only one or two nights. It's not common knowledge that some hotels don't have rooms with 2 beds. The attitude is not appreciated.‎
