We have been going to Rancho Tia Rosa's ever since they opened up both the take out and the main restaurant.

The food is always hot and chips are light and the very best. Where else can you get gourmet Mexican food at a reasonable price.

Their beef is aged 10 days and it is delicious. Their seafood tacos are to die for!

We love Tia Rosa's and can't wait for their new location to open south of the US 60! The food in both the full service restaurant and taqueria are top notch! The food always tastes fresh and is quite flavorful! First and foremost.... buy a drink if you are going on a weekend evening because you will have to wait for a table. The food is fantastic and by far you a great value as well.
We always bring out of town guests here, and they now bring their friends as well. Great atmosphere with a fantastic menu. Highly recommend the Carne Azada or even the Carnita's.... my mouth is watering just thinking of... more
