Built in the late 1940s, this is one of the first high-rise hotels constructed by hotel magnate and New Mexico native Conrad Hilton. The salads were delicious. Our meals were absolutely delicious. My steak was not done enough but that was not a problem and was returned just to my liking. The rest of the meal was out of... more

This is really a "back East" club masquerading as a restaurant. It has the familiar dark room filled with trophies, only these treasures have a Southwest theme. It isn't a particularly welcoming ambiance. The food is good but not excellent. The worst part of the experience are the pretentious cowhands who think they know how to serve food.

Good cuts of meat served with rich, unimaginative sauces, in a snobbish (for no apparent reason) men's club atmosphere. Drive over in the Caddy and impress your friends by substituting money for savoir faire. You can get better food, atmosphere and service.

Cons

- Unimaginative, Billy Bob Atmosphere, Totally Lame
