I hope this version of the restaurant stays around -- I've been twice and both times had very good food. Service was a bit spotty though (both times sat outside) one time, excellent at lunch the second time (the first time was dinner).

This was my first trip to Encore, and unless I hear something very compelling it will be my last. The food was mediocre and the menu was limited and over-priced. There is much better to be had all up and down 4th St. We were there at lunch and were shocked that they did not have a separate lunch menu....
