Scott Ramsey is the kind of guy you want on a job. Can-do, service-oriented, responsive, hard-working, trustworthy, diplomatic, and reasonable. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. I would recommend Ramsey Asphalt without hesitation. He gets it done.
