Hired another service that did not show but RAMBO MOVERS came to my rescue and not only move me but the cost was a lot less. Great guys, respectful, honest, did a great job. Would absolutely recommend them.
I cannot understand why all of the reviews are so nasty... they were phenomenal! Very respectful and the job was done perfectly. Will definitely use again. So nice to not have to struggle bringing all of our heavy furniture up two flights of stairs to my new apartment... 10/10 service!
Save your money and go with other movers!! I have never written a review but this company is horrible!!! The 3 man crew was slow and inefficient, to the point I had 2 teenagers helping them load and unload the truck. They did not set up any beds at the new location and all they had to load where the big item things, sofa, tables beds ect. They managed to crack a TV and where not able to remove...
The movers we're great but there was a problem that I forgot my ATM card at my old apartment and this people I'm talking about the boss the owner of Rambo wanted for me to go back with the movers all the way to my old apartment to look for my card and charge me all that extra time I told them that I can look for the card and go to their office and pay what I have to pay that was the difference...
It took them 4 1/2 hours to move from a one bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom. With a 3 man crew. Everything already packed. They broke a ton of my stuff and they have "insurance" but I can never get a hold of them and the owner seems super nice but does absolutely nothing to help his customers. The men were RUDE. They complained about having to move my stuff asking why I couldn't just move it...
