Room was not ready at check in Had to check back 3 time. Were short towels. A pizza box was outside the door at check in and stayed there a day and a half. Bathroom counter had a film on it. The third day housekeeping never visited our room to clean/replace towels, etc. Found staff on floor about 3pm and asked if our room had been missed and was told "No, they know what they have to do"....

Great beach hotel. Just changed hands, was the Ramada. Great service and very comfortable beds. Warm cookies in the evening. Pool area is awesome. If you have kids and want to have a family friend...

the staff was very friendly n the motel was very quit just felt relaxed it was good n I will stay ther next time im at ocean shores the price was great !!!

We had a nice stay,booked last minute and you were very accommodating. The only criticism is that this is one of the only hotels along the beach with a no pet policy which is an inconvenience.
