I had the exact opposite experience of the previous reviewer. I had the same view as Danepup but being as I, too, was a lone female, I just closed the curtains--didn't want anyone looking in anyway.. I arrived and was concerned by the location (neighborhood/area) - which you cannot see well in the pictures. The neighboring business (a storage unit facility) had razorwire across the top of the dividing wall. The room was gross and looked unkept. Booked this for a 3 night visit to Tempe for the Insight Bowl at Sundevil Stadium at ASU. It is about 2.5-3.0 miles from campus, a bit more to the Mill Avenue shops, walkable.
