They have a pretty wide selection of spices but of course can always add some more hard-to-find Asian spices. That'd be even better. Love the plenty selection of Frozen Foods, and meat/seafood. Easy to browse isles, and of course the self-check-out. The only minus is sometimes they don't put enough cashier associates. Double coupons are the secret. Great sales every Sunday and Mondays. A great meat department. THe selection is the best and everything is labled to well is is easy to find everything. The service is great.

Though my wife does most of the shopping, I have to admit that I've gone in a few times on errands. She gives me a list and tells me which isles to look in and I'm set. This is a very clean and well organized market, so I never get lost and I find exactly what I need. They take tons of coupons too.
