Very affordable and spacious floor plans. Office staff has excellent customer service. I moved in about 3weeks ago and I'm n love!! Lots of closet space and nice screened in patio.

I would definitely recommend these apartment for anyone on a particular budget but still want some where nice to stay. I visited the property and was speaking with the manager I think her name was Veronica she was very nice and patient with me while I was asking a lot of questions she had an answer to every question I asked she was just so welcoming that's what made me like these apartments...

I have been a resident here at rainwood apartments for 3 years now and I must admit I love it here!!! Easy commute to work, great rates and a friendly staff!!! I had a recent situation that caused me to be late on my rent for the very first time in the entire 3 years and I called and spoke with the property manager and explained to her my situation and she was very understanding and helpful...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE!! The apartments aren't the problem, you get what you pay for, but its the managers horrible attitude that is the problem. She is possibly the rudest person I have ever encountered. The whole time we were speaking she was acting like I was beneath her and she was talking at me. I hope she wasn't acting this way because she is the property manager...
