My AC unit quit working. Rainbow came out and replaced the water pump on the furnace. Charged me $400. The ac still wouldn't run. Then I, myself, checked the switch to find out it needed to be reset. Problem solved. Rainbow still kept the $400 and went on his way even though he hadn't repaired anything and the water pump didn't need replacing after all.

Rainbow Services recently answered my call for my yearly air conditioning freon charge up, this has been going on for many years at about two or three hundred dollars a crack.
