Rainbow seems to either be up on the trends or create them. They have really cute clothes for juniors and nice evening clothes. Their prices are unbeatable compared to other apparrel stores. I even found a beautiful, smooth red cocktail dress for -- get this -- $11. My friends couldn't believe it. Most times, visiting certain stores in the mall you'd pay $15-20 for a plain t-shirt.
