I have been going here for years. To start with the lube shop is very professional. When either of my vehicles is in the bay i don't have to worry about anything. They have found leaks and broken equipment from other repair shops or other lube shops on that rare occasion that I go somewhere else. They also keep a very good record of a maintenance done to my vehicle and remind me ahead of time when i have a flush or other maintenance coming up. BIG RIPOFF and the manager, Sergio, was so uneducated he couldn't make a decision by himself. This place, I believe, is trained to take advantage of women. WOMEN BEWARE! These people will sell you parts that are not even NEAR being bad, or needing to be replaced. You are much better off to go to the dealer than to deal with these incompetant individuals. I have been going to RCW for years with nothing but great customer service. They have always been helpful and honest, from the managers down to the line workers. One of the vacuumers even returned $4.00 I left in my car! They also have video cameras everywhere so if there is ever an issue, they get down to the bottom in a hurry and resolve it.

I've had my oil changed here several times, the rates are competetive with other local shops, always quick service and the management is very willing to solve any problems that arise...from personal experience, there are cameras all around the place so if there were an issue with the oil not being changed, you should see if they have video of it.... seems like a libelous review from...
