My Family recently visited Inner Harbor and stayed three nights at the Radisson. The room was clean, but the shower didn't work well and the wallpaper was pealing in certain spots. The gift and coffee shop hours were not very convenient for weekend visitors--they were only open 7am to noon. The staff was very professional and courteous. We found this hotel have very friendly and accomodating staff. We had lost our cell phone in one of the hallways while we were unpacking our car. We immediately were assisted by staff members who would not give up until it was found! That was just the beginning of our stay. We were taken care of in every way by the friendly and very capable staff.
