The hotel was beautiful. Staff very gracious and the beds very comfortable. The valet was very accommodating and timely in delivery of my vehicle. The only negative.... I took the stairway in lieu of the morning elevator rush for people were checking out and the elevators very busy. The stairwell was very confusing and like a labyrinth from a horror movie. The facilities are what you would expect in a hotel this class. You must pay extra for parking in their parking terminal across the street. It is connected by a skywalk on the third level. I found customer service to be lacking. I arrived in the evening for a convention and my employer had made a reservation with a credit card. Burdicks is great! Friendly staff, amazing food (with a few new menu options) and a great selection of beer! Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys beer and football!

My friend and I had a girls night out and this was our 1st time having dinner here!!! The drinks were amazing, the food was awesome, the desert was to die for, and our waiter was fantastic!!!! This is definitely my new favorite place to eat at in kalamazoo!!!! ��

It was a nice stay. Comfortable bed. My room was a refuge from the high AC in the hotel. I was disappointed when I was quoted one price from the national Radisson line and a higher one from the front desk. This was even after the national operator said she spoke to the front desk. Highly suggest you call the front desk directly to schedule your reservation.
