I love this Hotel...it has the best front desk service and it's back yard or course is the beach. My family and i really enjoyed it and we are look forward to go every summer. I would recommend to all beach goers and tourists. Great laid back atmosphere and nearby to almost everything on the strip,.

First off let me say this...the beach sucks. It is mostly crushed sea shells not sand. It will tear up your feet so wear shoes. This was our second stay there, previous was in 1995 and it was much better then. The service was horrible. The lobby looks great but the rooms and halls smell of mildew and mold. Services is totally NON Existent. Long, long wait at front desk to get to speak to catering staff/corporate reservations. Restrooms on the main floor were dirty and out of order. Staff was rude. We usually spend $50,000+ during a stay. Guess who lost our business!
