I purchased a phone from this store because my other one was broken and naturally because there was a factory default they allowed me to trade it in as I purchased it from Radio Shack.After purchasing my new phone I was asked if i wanted an insurance policy on it. My cell phone was on it's last legs. I stopped by the Radio Shack in San Ramon to get a new one. They had a great deal on iPhone 5S. I got one. They were very helpful, set it all up and transferred my contacts and a couple other things for me. I am very happy with their service. It took about 45 minutes all together.
