Help us make it rightHouston was founded in 1836, it is the fourth largest city in the US and it invented cholesterol. Today, its founding role in LDL has not been forgotten, thanks to the thousands of meat heavy menus across the city. Radical Eats, a new vegan and vegetarian resto in the Northside village neighborhood is going on damage control; however. Offering delicious dishes for herbivores, like a flat stuffed tamale with purple haze slaw, served in the accepted Tex-Mex style, Radical Eats wants to write a new chapter in Houston dining.
Adorable hole-in-the-wall vegan, Asian-Mexican fusion restaurant in Northside Village. Loved the fried avocado taco with a Mexican coke to wash it down. Big flavor, little guilt!

This is very good food. Period. Not very good vegan food, but very good food. The Fried Avocado Tacos are so good I have a hard time ordering anything else! Even if you're a steak and potatoes guy/gal you will love this food.
The corn and spinach, black bean & rice tamales plus the fried avocado tacos are what I like best.
Sunday Brunch has a taste of the majority of the foods on the menu; My favorite is the chocolate pancakes. Most of the food is gluten free.
Try it! You'll love it.
loved this place, definitely a little hard to get to, there is a lot of construction. It's a little white building at Fulton and Catherine with a tomato by the street. My boyfriend and I got fried avocado tacos with beans and rice and I got a green chile tamale. Everything was great! Even the meat eater would love this place.
