I paid rich from R.A.B a total of $21,500 and the work was never completed. The cement work he did do was a mess, and it has to be redone. My Florida room was never installed, he took off with my money. No one seems to know where he is including his wife ( so she says) I tried calling everyone and recieved no help with this. NEVER use him!

I wrote my review on July 23, 2011. Today is Aug 7,2011 I have still not heard a word from Rich from R.A.B. My florida room is still not up and it still sits in my driveway, on a trailer. I signed a contract with him in Feb an have paid him over $20,000. We sure hope no one else will have to go through this. It has been a nigthmare!

Waiting for R.A.B to complete a job on my florida room since Feb. Everything, that could go wrong did! To be fair, I will give Rich a little more time, then I will give a full review with pictures. He has our money, sure hope he gets the job done. To many people take advantage of senior citizens. This must stop. Let's just hope I can give a full & better review, if and when this job gets done. It has already cost me over $20,000 so far, and no Florida room. Tri- State built it but it is NOT up.

Waiting for a florida room to be built since Feb.
incorrect codes were used for town inspection. Footings were not put in that were in NJ building codes. Therefore building can not be completed or even started. We are hoping Rich from R.A.B will take care of this ASAP. As of now, and the las two months, all we have is parts of the florida room in a trailor in my driveway, and back yard, and we are out over $20,000 so far. We just hope it wil get taken care of. PLEASE wish us luck or know a good lawyer!
It is now Oct and nothing is done. He just took off with our money! No one was able to...
