The girls in the office were very nice when I called to set up an appointment. However, I was told 2 men would be coming for a rate of $120/hour. 3 weeks later 1 man arrived and it took him 1-1/2 hours. When I received my invoice I was charged the 2 man rate for 1-1/2 hours. I called to have the 1/2 hour charge removed since it would have only taken 2 men no more than 1 hour to do what 1 man...

My initial appointment was canceled because the contractor said that they could not find my house due to confusion regarding my address. I did not understand this as my address is clear as day in the Service Magic request. This pushed my appointment back another week. A little frustrating, however, they came out and did the job. Reasonable price and seems like they did a good job.
