We at R Pools are sorry to here that you are unhappy. All customers are taken care of in a timely manor. We have called several times about your second home that we did so much work on (which was complete within only a couple days) and had not recieved any response, as well as numerous emails. As a businessowner, we can not continue to do work once a 60 day grace period has been reached. If we can do anything for you from this point on, please don't hesitate to call.

I used R Pools a couple years ago for service. At one point it was recommended the pool be drained and refilled. I had them do so and they started the draining and left. The drain hose moved at some point and flooded my neighbor's yard and mine. I advised R Pools that I was not going to pay for this because their work caused damage to a neighbor's property. About a year later I receive a call from a collections agency R Pools used to try and bill me for this terrible work.
